HOUSE ORGANISATION

The school will be divided into three houses, to be known for the time being as Grey (RED)  Wade (BLUE) and Ross (GREEN).  House marks will be earned for work and for games and for special services rendered to the school.  The marks will be totalled up at the end of each term.

Marks for work

Every girl who obtains an aggregate of 70% or over during the term, gains 3 points for house or 60% or over gains 2 points;  or 50% or over gains 1 point

Examination aggregate carries double the number of points.

For representing the school in the   1st team 3 points; 2nd team 2 points; 3rd team 1 point.

For representing the school in an Eisteddfod etc. 3 points – solo effort  and 1 point for team effort.

1 point will be awarded to every girl who has not been absent at all during the term and who has not been late.

Order marks will be given for bad behaviour, breach of school rules, discourtesy, etc.  and these will be subtracted from the number of marks earned by the house.

Authenticity-  Typed from very yellowed copy (Typed on a typewriter) taken from Miss Kenyon. I never thought that I would have the privilege of retyping our rules and regulations my how the tables have turned.   Love Lee Abramowitz (born Gerrard)
