 WHAT IS IT?The RCL is a group of girls who are elected by the learners in the first term of the year. Two are elected in each class, the Representative and her Deputy. They form the link between the learners and the school management. Any ideas and requests that Learners may have can be channelled through the RCL. In each class the RCL Representative and her Deputy are responsible for discipline, uniform, appearance and assistance with administrative tasks. They are responsible to the Teacher Liaison Officer (TLO), the Register Teacher, the relevant Class Prefect and the RCL.
