We would like to congratulate Alex Ligo (Grade 9) and Onwabile Khonzani (Grade 8) who both took home bronze awards for their participation in the METRO CENTRAL EDUCATION ARTS EXHIBITION AND CELEBRATION. The theme was “Celebrate my world”.
Every Education District in the Western Cape had their own exhibition and the winners from each District will then take part in the Provincial Exhibition at the Iziko Art Gallery held in September. The artworks were judged in three categories from Grade 1- 9 and Grades 7, 8 and 9 formed the senior phase.
There were 4 bronze, 4 silver and 4 gold awards up for grabs in each category. In total more than 500 artworks were entered, 24 of which were submitted by our Sans Souci pupils.
